Where are you based?
We dream, create and post from Tasmania Australia.
What couriers do you use?
We use Australia Post, but if you have a bulk order and we can find a cheaper courier for you, we absolutely will.
We will always provide a tracking number for you, whether your order is being sent locally or across the world.
Do you ship overseas?
Absolutely! If you get to the check out and can’t find your country, email us and we’ll sort it for you ASAP. You can do this through our contact us page, or direct via hello@custombooksleeves.com
Can I pay for express delivery?
Every order has the choice of standard or express post.
Returns & Refunds
Custom Items
Products that have been custom made, or customised in any way, are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a genuine fault with the products construction.
Genuine Faults or Flaws
What is considered a Fault or Flaw?
- split seams
- holes
- broken button/snap
- frayed ribbon
- etc.
What ISN'T considered a Fault or Flaw?
- pattern placement different to pictured (handmade items differ naturally, due to placement during construction)
- colour difference between on screen and real life (all monitors may differ due to settings, we do our best to take pictures that reflect reality as best we can)
- a major flaw occurring due to an alteration not made by us (if you cut off a button, change the ribbon length etc) or from the item not being used for its intended purpose
- size variation of up to 1cm bigger or smaller than stated. (A natural and expected occurrance due to the nature of handmade. We take this into consideration with our size reccomendations)
- the incorrect size being purchased during checkout (please make absolute sure you've checked the measurements listed on the products page before purchasing)
Exchanges/Refunds
We do not offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind, or incorrect size purchase (please make absolute sure you've checked the measurements listed with each product before purchasing)
We absolutely will if there is a Genuine fault or flaw with your item.
Refund Process
In a nutshell:
- Faulty products need to be reported to us within seven days of your order being marked delivered. An email with pictures should be sent to hello@custombooksleeves.com
- We will cover all postage costs involved in returning your faulty item, and resending your replacement.
- Reimbursement of item in refund situations will be sent as soon as the item is received back to us.
- Forced returns will not be accepted.
